Torch coral dying?

Hi! I got a torch coral about a month ago and it was doing terrific! Them one day it just closed and didnt open like it used to. I dipped the coral 2 times in the last two days. Please help!!!

The possibilities are too numerous. Can you start with posting what your DKH, PH, Salinity, calcium, and mag are? Also what type of light do you have it under? In what type of tank (size, how much flow) and is it near other corals.

sadly it was brown jelly disease and died yesterday
