torch in trouble!!

i have a torch that has three heads on it. but it seem like one of the head is not doing to well, because i can see the skeleton and the flesh is receding back into the skeleton. nothing has change as i know of and everything else in the tank is doing fine including the other torch that i have in the same tank. the other two head is doing fine just the one head that is seem like it dying. all help appreciated and thanks

Can you list your currrent water params? What kind of lighting do you have?

i get my water check at my lfs every week just got it check out two days ago and everything check out normal. everything is doing fine including my other torch so i dont think is the water i was just wondering wat could cause this.

what does "normal" mean?

I seriously doubt that you LFS is checking your magnesium.
