Torch not opening up

Hello everyone, tried posting a photo of this from Flicker but I can't get it to work.

Don't know if a photo is really needed, but anyways, after being in my tank for approx. 6 months, my torch barley wants to open up now. No changes in the tank, no new coral, etc. This started suddenly 2 months ago.

I dipped it in Revive twice and nothing came out or off of it. I was thinking possibly flatworms? Should I dip it in Flatworm Exit? Any other thoughts? I switched it over to another tank for a couple weeks and no change.

It's located at the bottom of a 10 gallon IM tank, with a Kessil A80 running at 75%. Everything else in the tank is doing fine.

I dipped it twice within about a two week period

I don't feed it, I've given it mysis a couple times and the tank Reef-Roids a dozen or so times. Maybe I need to feed it??

Nitrates are around 20ppm. The CA is around 420, KH around 8.5.

Again, everything else in the tank; bubble coral, ricordeas, zoas and chalices are doing fine. Tank has been up for a year.

I change out around a gallon of water every two weeks and only have a small clownfish in the tank (and the fish goes nowhere near the torch). Maybe I should do a bigger water change to lower the nitrates? I had it in my Sps tank for about two weeks, which has approx 0-5 nitrates ppm, and it still didn't open up.

1) I would stop moving it around and changing conditions.
2) I would get the nitrates down.
3) What about magnesium?
4) I would target feed it. I feed my coral daily but I do not always target feed. But they get broad cast fed daily just like my fish does.
5) What are phosphates?
6) What changes generally are never a bad idea if something is not looking right assuming you are using a decent quality salt mix and RO/DI Water. I use red seal coral pro. I do approximately a 25% water change weekly.

In my experience my LPS's do not like nitrates + phosphates.

I’ll do a bigger water change next week to get my nitrates down and I'll target feed it to see if I get any improvement. Not sure where my Mag is... Phosphates should be low. I don’t use test kits for phosphates, I use the ol’ eyeball test, and I believe they’re low considering my sand is pretty much white and no algae growing anywhere.
