Torches melting after FE treatment

I did 20% water change after FE and used carbon.

I just did a 50% water change yesterday.

Hammers and Frogspawn not melting, only the torches.
The tentacles are melding together.

They use to be huge and bloom beautifully.

All water parameter are within range. I have added new carbon, tossed
the chemipure blue, added new purigen and phosguard.

This is what it looked like after replacing 50% water

What exactly are your parameters? Some people have different perspectives on what is "within range". Just could be helpful. You also stated you're using phosguard...so does that mean you have high phosphates? Did you use a new salt mix for that large water change?

Ammonia, Nitrite,Nitrate, Phosphate 0
1.024SG

I will do Calcium, Akalinity and Magnesium. Usually it is 400 and 8.
Magnesium tends to be lower but torches were doing fine prior to FE.

Yes, NEW Salt Mix for water change

Ducans, Zoas thriving, althought they are probably hardier.
