We will need a lot more information about your system before anyone can answer. How old, how big, what kind of corals, fish, do you feed and what, What are your current parameters?

hi matey i have them both for about 2-3 months..... param are ph 8.2 /kh 9/ n02 0/n03 5/ p04 0.03/cal 400/mag 1350..... fish wise ihave 2 clowns /goby/2 blue demsels/ i have few hermit crabs / boxer shrimp /2 turbo snails...... corals i have are:: toadstall/leather/brain/pearl bubble/ yellow sun coral/black sun coral and a clam... food i put in flake/phytoplankton/ and just started putting frozen food in there

Hmmm. In my experience s Trachy will lose tissue from too much light, fish picking on it or not enough food. Everything you describe sounds good, maybe too good. In nature they are not found in the cleanest environments. Try feeding it more often.

The sponge seems to be the way they go. You need to be feeding a lot of phyto even then most wither away and die leaving behind a pile of Zoas.
