Transfer contents of 10g to 14g

I am going to transfer all my 10g inhabitants; pair of GSM (yes I know too small of tank but tank is only temporary until the 150g is ready), goby/shrimp combo, green clown goby, some snails....to my new 14g nano.....my question is can I just transfer all stuff and all will be well? I am not transfering the sandbed....so new sand and a bit of new rock and water...anyone foresee any problems? thanks!

It's not as easy as that ... your new tank will have a cycle; especially with new sand and new rock.

the rock is new to this tank but is established rock....all the water came from the other tank....and all the rock is from the other tank...still see a bit of a problem?

You're still going to get a new tank syndrome and it will cause a cycle spike ... Try using Bio-Spira if you must.
