Hi guys, I have a question to you from the cold north, Norway would be that particular place.
In august I had a slight mishap and my 300 gallon Deltec tank sprung leak. I had to remove all my lifestock to temporary holding tanks in my garage, which is in fact a challenge in our climate hehe. Anyway now I am been told that my new 500 gallon tank from Shuran is on it's way to Norway from Germany:celeb1:
Hence I want to take my time on the new build an leave nothing to coincidence and I want to get your take on moving the fish over to the new tank when the time comes. I would love to make sure that there is no parasites at all that follow the fish from the holding tanks to their new home. I won't even use any of the old LR for this reason.
So, what would you do? If I remove all other life forms from the tank like starfish, snails, some of the coral that survived the move(which was not much:headwalls
etc. Is there any "medication" you would recommend me using for this purpose? Or any other method you might be able to enlighten me on?
Hope I wasn't to clumsy in my attempt to explain my ideas.
Please advice guys.
Paul
