i have had my tank up and runnining around 18 weeks and I am seeing ich on a few of my fish. Sailfin tang and six line wrasse, I have soft and hard coral in the tank. Is there any treatment or let it take its course?
No real treatment that works consistantly in a reef. That is why most experienced hobbyists quarantine everything for 30 days BEFORE it goes into the display tank. You can try adding a little garlic to the food, but you will probably have to treat ALL exposed fish for ich.
