I'm new to reef central and pretty new to keeping a marine aquarium. I started over this past summer with an existing set up.
I treated the tank for Ich when I introduced 2 new fish without quarantining them (lesson learned) back in September. I treated it with Seachem's Paraguard. Everything seemed ok until now. I have a tang who is covered in little white bumps like last time which I know to be Ich (again). What I'm confused about is my puffer has two large white areas on him. One in his mouth and one on his underside. I just found them today even though I look at him constantly since he's the most interactive of all the fish in the tank. I don't see how he could've had these for long to get so bad!
If anyone could offer some advice it would be greatly appreciated. I feel terrible for them and the symptoms appeared so much worse so quickly this time.
