I don't have room to get a QT and I read mixed answers on if you can or cant treat a DT tank...I want to add new fish and treat them in DT is it possible? ..any help would be great

If you use hyposalinity, yes. If you are using copper, it's not recommended. The rock and sand will absorb the copper, making it extremely difficult to maintain the therapeutic concentration. Best to use a QT for all new fish. A 20g is small enough to fit anywhere, even a closet.

You bet. If you can't/won't use a QT; this may not be the hobby for you.
