Treating sick clown

I have a clown that has either Brooklynella or Amyloodinium along with some sort of secondary bacterial infection.

I gave the fish a 15 minute Formalin dip (frankly was afraid to go longer because of bad luck in the past). I then moved the fish to a QT with copper sulfate. The mucous and a spot on the fish all came off in the dip. I noticed that after a day in the QT the fish was popping some white stuff, I figured there may be internal parasites also. There is still no excess mucous and the fin rot (tail fin started to disapper, I think this is the second bacterial infection I mentioned) seems to have stopped. The fish is hanging out near the top and seems to swim on his side and even upside down most of the time. He will right himself for a little bit if I come near, but then he resumes his stressed out behavior. On a positive note he is not clamping his fins any longer.

First question, would it be a good idea to do another dip or should I wait to see how this plays out with just the copper?

Second question, should I add a antibiotic to the QT? I have been hesitant even though I assume the tail rot is bacterial because I only want to stress an already sick fish out so much.

I would appreciate any help from some of you more experience saltwater doctors.

I don't see any downside in giving another properly administered formalin bath .. just remember to aerate the bath during treatment and keep the temperature below 80.

Pretty common for people to use antibiotics in a QT tank .. just remember that antibiotics may have an adverse impact on the bio filter so be prepared to do water changes to keep ammonia levels at zero.
