Treatment for internal parasites

I have two juvi clowns in a QT tank that I bought last Thursday. The larger of the two ( 1 1/4") hasn't been eating and tonight I noticed long stringy poo. Isn't that a sign of internal parasites? If so, what do I treat with?

I'll continue to search but I just wanted to get the question out there.

Edit:
Damnit, I just noticed the smaller (3/4") has it too.

I found some Jungle parasite clear tablets. Would these work?
Active ingredients: praziquantel, diflubenzuron, metronidazole & acriflavine

Thanks for the suggestions. I was able to find some PraziPro and I'm picking it up right after work. Soaking food isn't an option now, since they both quit eating, but I'll try to remember. Thanks again.
