Trigger Fish

Has anyone had sucess with a clown trigger in their Reef tank? I really want one just not sure if it is a mistake.

Whoooo, dont do it, even tiny juvie nibble ure corals. Any older and the eat it all up in minimum 24hours. I have a clown trigger that even has the power to break my powerhead, he bites it open often. I give him bic pens with no ink as toys an he snaps them clean in half

Triggerhapi, you might rethink giving him plastic toys to chew on - Check out this thread:

Long story short, this pinktail died because he had ingested a bunch of crushed coral that caused a bowel obstruction. Apparently bits of powerheads and other items have been found in other triggers' stomachs, having caused their deaths.
