Trouble with new wireless pump/driver combo

I got the pumps installed and running. The controllers are sitting next to each other on the floor right now. I have the master set to purple and the slave set to orange. However, there is no wave action. I put my hand in the water and the anti-sync mode does not appear to be working. Both pumps appear to be running at the same speed all the time. Your thoughts?

I just realized the slave pump is actually pumping at a very low flow. Even when I turn the dial up to max.

I got pulse mode to anti sync. However, I still can't get the reef crest or lagoon to anti-sync. Am I doing something wrong?

reef crest and lagoon dont need anti sync
they are multiple pumps runinng on totally random patterns

tuning step is important

i used the pulse at 100%power and the pulse on fast pulse start at the fastest and slowly go faster turning the knob very slowly for my 36inch tank im on what i would say is a 2 in terms of leanght of pulse working on a scale from one to ten ten being a longer pulse.

I have a rimless tank and am a bit nervous about stress on the corners with such a big wave. I've been keeping my waves very small for now. Plus I've only got 1.5" from the top of the water surface to the rim of the glass. If I did a big wave like your doing it would spill out onto the floor. How does your overflow react to a wave that big? Hearing the winding is a little annoying but I will get use to it.

I left mine in lagoon mode today and came home and the slave was shut down. The driver was still powered and orange. No blinking. Not sure what the deal is there. I rebooted it but no luck. Rebooted the master and bingo. It fired back up again.

I wish there were more details about exactly what the random lagoon and reef crest modes do. I have yet to notice anything different between the two or any random flow changes.
