I've had some dealings with PA before, mostly small little swing-by's to get the things I need. I actually live an hour and a half away, but when I'm in town for doctor's appts. I am even more inclined to stop in, although I do often make special trips. :) I enjoy the savings they offer me.

PA could have made a sale on a pair of clowns this past week, as I had them put on hold for me (they've been looking for something in particular for me and this wasn't it, but saw online they had it and called them ASAP) and when they called me back confirming their hold, told me that they were showing signs of Brook but that they would treat them and keep them for me.

I stopped in today while I was in town and got a part for a skimmer. When I inquired about the clowns....The female had died. The male isn't well. But PA could have taken my money and ran with it (the clowns were as good as sold, I was just waiting until a more convenient day for PA for me to pick them up locally (I know from previous conversations that Mondays are horrible for them)) but instead, PA told me that they were sick.

PA took a loss on behalf of saving my pocketbook on a pair of sick clowns.

Now that is not only service, but kind, caring individuals.

And hey, their Marshall Islands rock that I picked up for a friend of mine wasn't half bad either. I was so jealous!

Thanks Guys. Thats why I shoot my friends your way.

E & C Cooper.
