Trying to revive neglected coral

Hello everyone. So I ended up buying a Red Sea reefer xl425 off someone local for a hell of a deal and he included a bunch of neglected coral. Its covered in GHA and sitting in a hospital tank with the fish the guy threw in as well. Ive been going through a list of things to try and kill it but no dice.
So far Ive done a a manual cleaning, peroxide dip, currently heavily dosing fluconazole, running phosguard, and feeding lightly and changing water every few days. While its no growing it seems, its not backing down either. Not sure what else to do. I included some pics. Thanks!

Make sure you have decent water parameters especially keep an eye on alkalinity. DOn't feed them, it may be too much nitrogen and phosphate for them to handle and excess will feed the algae. I would add a couple of damsels and/or clowns (fish poop in most cases is better food for corals than direct feeding). If you can gently beush off the algae with a toothbrush that will help. You might try H2O2 dips, 2 minutes with 6-1 ratio aquarium water to H2O2. Be patient! Don't do too much at one time as the stress can affect their recovery.
