I tried searching on the net but not munch info seems to be out there about these guys.

First of all how difficult are they? I know they need to be fed and kept in a deep sand bed.
Do they adjust well to new tanks?

What size tank is needed to house one?

Can they be kept with fish? I've read yes and no. What about inverts?

They are such interesting animals and I would love to know more. Thanks

I have two of them in my tank, I acclimated them and had no problem at all. They are non-photosynthetic, so you don't have to worry about lighting issues. I think I have read that they need something like a minimum of 20 gallons or so. I would just make sure that when they fully open up they have plenty of room so that they don't sting anything. As far as eating fish and inverts, I have never seen this happen. Their tentacles are sticky, but I think them eating other fish/inverts may be an issue of not enough space. As long as you can commit to feeding them small pieces of meat a few times a week, you should have no problem keeping them. Good luck!

I have 3. I can't see where they need a specific size tank as they don't move around. they like as much sand as you can give them and they eat all the time. Seriuosly those things are never full. I have had no problems with them eating any fish or anything but looking amazing in the tank.
