Tube worms? Are they bad?

Just got a piece of live rock from the lfs. Night time came and out of these tubes were long thin tentacles. Not just one they were all over the rock. Very thin and small and white to clear color.
Are they tube worms? Are they bad because if they are I am in trouble. How do you rid them. I have a 60 gallon reef with 30 gallon fuge.

They can look similar to tube worms, but tend to be brown and grow in colonies. There are several varieties though. They are bad because they pack a powerful sting.

I thought they might be spaghetti worms too, but from the pics I've seen online, they look like they have many tentacles. The ones I have seem to only have 2 per tube thing. When I first saw them (before seeing the tube part), I thought they were the legs of a thin legged white star fish. Any new thoughts, or do you think they're still spaghetti worms. Regardless of what they are, they are all over this one new rock and not on any of my existing rocks...will they spread? Will my Rass eat them?
