Tumor on blue tang'

Please help me out with my blue tang. It's got a tumor like bump on it's head. The bump grew overnight. The fish is still eating and acting energetically.

No sign of abrasion yet. But the more you look at it the more it looks like a pimple ready to burst.....blue tang hit adolescence?
