I just purchased a Tunze osmolator and finished setting up, but it is not working. It seems as though the sensor is not working because even though the water like like 4-5 inches below the sensor it does not say low water.

Sorry to hear about the problem, we rarely have issues with Tunze items. I would recommend contacting Tunze either on there message board or email them. I'm going to email you there contact info after this post.

They are at the Macna Trade show, so you probably won't hear back from them until tuesday, but they can trouble shoot exactly what is wrong and send out either a new unit or new sensor asap for you.
