tunze 6000 sticking?

I have a tunze 6000 that runs great but when you 1st plug it in you have to bump the prop a little bit to get it running. after it is running it will stay running just fine though. is this due to it not being cleaned good enough or the drive assembly needs to be replaced? I have soaked it in vinigar overnight about 1:3 vinagar to water and also have a new drive assembly 6100.700 but still does the same thing. any ideas?

This could be wear on the internal motor block from the drive unit as this is a very old model. It is important to keep the drive assembly clean on this model I use straight vinegar.
