Tunze 6025 holder brackets broke off?

Hi,

I have a 6025 purchased last November, and 2 of the little brackets of the holder have broken off. And the front cover doesn't really click in all the way around anymore and comes off very easily.

Can I get replacements?

Also, where can I get more of the silicone dots to prevent scratching the glass. Several have gone missing.

Hi siskiou,

The brackets are a warranty issue and the slicone dots for the magnets are avaialble. Please PM Tunze USA "rvitko" from this forum.
The cover fit issue may be due to algae growth over time try soaking the complete pump in vinegar overnight. I have had the same problem with one of mine after 6 months.

Will try the vinegar soak to see if the cover fits again afterward.
