tunze 6025

[SOULEMAN]

hello,
I am a faithful nano stream guy and i have 2 6025's and 4 6045's.
Well today i was cleaning up the pumps and tank and all of a sudden my clip holder on one of my 6025's just broke off. so instead of the 2 arms that hold it i just have 1. Is there any where i can get the clip holders that clip to the magnet.

Roger will send you one, but he's on vacation right now. Tunze is great when it comes to things like this. I also had to PM roger to get a replacement and it was shipped out the next day. :thumbsup:

yep me too. probably sticking with tunze products from now on. even if its a bit more expensive. its reliable and not only that, but whats gets me is the customer service absolutely wonderful. only reason i'd pay more for a tunze.

"The clip on my nano stream is broken." When I get back I will send a clip, for the time being if the tabs on the back broke use hot glue or silicon to adhere it to the magnet, these peel off easily when the new clip arrives. If the arms broke, zip tie the pump to the magnet. I will actually be spending a fair amount of my time in Germany working to get this problem resolved permanently with a new clip."

yeah i have it zipped tied for right now. I appreciate all of the great responses. and i know that i have a great product just by all of the outstanding customer service that i have been receiving.

First off I would like to thank you , for my wonderful replacement holder. I have had great experiences with the tunze nano streams and will continue to buy them.
