Tunze 6045 Rattling

I recieved a Tunze 6045 from a friend and I put it in the tank and it seems to rattle upon start up and continues with a slight rattle afterwards. Wondering what it could be? Is it the impellar or is it the drive shaft. I have taken the entire powerhead apart and cleaned it to make sure that nothing was dirty but it still rattles.
