Tunze 6100 @ 40% breaking brackets

I am running 2x Tunze6100, on tunze magnets, 40% power, right angled wave pattern.

The movement of the Tunzes are breaking the brackets, both the magnet where the bracket attaches, and also bracket that slide fits into the Tunze pump.

Is this common?
Is there a known workaround? I am currently consideringfizing these points with superglue gel!

Any input appreciated.

Many thanks Chadfarmer!

I had a couple of Suregrips that I got my seio's, I completely forget that they also fitted Tunze. So I dug them out and fitted to one of my 6100's. I can not believe the difference. With the Tunze grips the pumps would rock back and forth, and on the suregrips they are pretty solid. The stream is a lot more powerful, and it has completely changed the wave characteristics - retune tomorrow. :D

I thought the other pump had ruined the bracket that slides into it, but instead it is the sliders on my pump that have worn and no longer grip. Looks like it is superglue time afterall unless anyone has any ideas - I take it the casings are not changeable?

Anyway, I am pretty damn happy now
