i try to configure my pump but when i put de variable speed port 1 to off
the pump dont stop is normal ??? or what...

Take a look at my Tunze program; it is on my webpage and might give you some pointer to your setup.

If you have the pumps connected to the VarSpeed ports and they don't turn off when you set manual off then my 1st suggestion would be to check the connection to be sure you have the correct plug connected to the pump
