What is the average life of a Tunze powerhead (say a 6100)?

I realize how it is cared for and how it is run is going to factor into the length of its useful life but just looking for the average life (in years) of a properly maintained powerhead.

I have had one without issues for 5 years now, and even if it would go bad Roger will hook you up.

I have 3 6100's in my tank, but I would think at some point the support/parts for them might be limited since now the newest is the 6101

I've only had problems with the holding brackets. Which in-turn was taken care of.

I have had a used one for 3 years and a newer one for 2-3 years. only problem is that they are expensive but they have lasted longer then any other power head I have had. they don't heat up the water they don't consume much power. low voltage so they don't shock you when they go bad. Great flow. great controllers. last but not least they are a Tunze.
