A number of people have run it. at 625 or 650 gph it's a little much.
I do recall seeing someone's post that actually ran 2, facing each other on a Biocube 29. The conflicting current neutralized each other somewhat.
If you have or desire high flow critters, you can get away with it. Otherwise, it may take the frills right off of a Frilly Mushroom.
Oh, one final thing you can do. If you want to tone down the flow, some people were also siliconing a number of cage openings behind the prop.
