Tunze stream controllers

Hello,
I'm wondering if anyone can tell me what these controllers can do. I went to the Tunze site but there are no specifics. It would be great if there was an online manual.

With the 7091:
Sounds like you can set at a predetermined percentage but can you for instance have the pump go on at one % to another % all in one shot?. What is the range in which it can go on and off?.

What else can this thing do?.

I would ask that in the tunze forum. Roger is good about responding to posts and there are a lot of tunze users frequenting that forum.
