Tunze Wave box or mp40

What would you guys do

MP40. no clutter in the tank and no heat either. If the tank is over 6 feet long your going to need more than one

What is your tank dimensions?

It really depends on what you will have in the tank...

If It is just one Tunze Wavebox without the turbines then I'll go with the MP40, but if you have the turbines too then Ill do the Tunze...

It's a four foot corner tank or 4 1/2 actually so the mp40 will be all I need I want to keep sps rbta and lps and sorties I also have a 650 or what ever it is koralia water mover will that be all I'll need

Yup ill go with the Mp40... but with sps, eventually you will need more flow... but until then one should be good

FWIW I've always thought that the wave frequency of the wavebox in a tank less than 5' or so is unnaturally quick even when slowed right down. I can't imagine waves in the ocean ever going tick.tock.tick.tock. More like tick...............tock if you see what I mean. Go with the MP40

If I could I would trade in all my Tunze to Vortechs now

Definately the Mp40. Amazing what those things can do by themselves and more with two of them!
