tunze wavebox vs powerhead

A little confused here. What's the difference, don't they both move water? Can someone please explain the difference here. Thanks..

I have both in my 150. PH are for directional flow which is what you need. A wave box moves all of the water in the tank and keeps detritus etc suspended in the water colum which will be whisked away by the power heads. Also keeps all live stock moving in the tank. A wavebox IMO is natural like the ocean.
