Tunze?

I have a Tunze Nano stream 6025 and LOVE IT.
I have it aimed at a MzxiJet 900 across my 20g sps, and it created great random flow patterns.

Buy it

I have a Tunze 6010 in my 90g and it's too much flow. I have to angle it upward or else I get a sandstorm. If you're running barebottem, then let 'er rip. If you have a fine sandbed, then you may have to buy one of the models that will allow you rto control flow. One Tunze and a few maxijets should be fine. A lot has been about the new hydor powerheads, supposedly really good widespread flow for about $50.00. Check the DIY section for a thread on them.

I have a 125 and am thinking about getting 2 x 6000s with a multicontroller. Your tank is only 4 feet long though, 1 should be good, two would be nice though.

I have a 6025, 6045, and a 6060 and have been pleased with all of them. Best part about buying Tunze products is if a part breaks or you need a replacement, Rodger will be more than happy to send you one.
