Turbinaria Help Please

Greetings from the frozen north.
I have a Turbinaria cup in a very stable and long established 55. Fish and lr only until this past spring. I've added a few easy softies including a frogspawn, yellow leather, a few mushroom colonies, zooanthids, and a tank raised percula with a large Bali lta host. About 6 months ago I added a cup coral which has done well with good polup extension and some growth. About 10 days ago it was like someone flipped a switch and there was zero polup extension for 3 days. There were no changes in the tank except for some very minor powerhead movement.

This first pic is day 5 after the 3 day shutdown.

Its been 10 days now and it's looked pretty questionable the last few days with inconsistencies in color between the polups, some polups not extending at all, etc.. This second photo was today, and is blurry, but actually doesn't look too bad to me but it seems like the center of each polup is very white.....

1.025 Instant Ocean changed 20% each month
ph 8.22
NH3 and NO2 undectable
NO3 5ppm
Alk 4.5meg/l
Calcium 380
Supplements: Kent Marine Tech CB buffer at half dosage daily
Kent PhotoMax 2 drops daily
Eco system Reef solution daily

I run a Eco system 60 and a small skimmer. There are opposing sweeping powerheads on each side of the tank which keep the Turbinaria awash with constant random flow. The Turbinaria is about 14"s from compact florescent lighting, 220 watts, run 12hrs per day. All other tank inhabitants are doing well.

I'm looking for any feedback, ideas, suggestions on what might be occuring. I know flow and lighting are far less than optimal. I'm building up a 330 which will have enough flow but it is some months away from being complete....
Thanks
Jack
