Turbo Snail-dying or what?

I did a move from a 6G nanocube to a 20L. I had 3 red leg hermits and 1 turbo snail. Thr red leg hermits have been going to town. The turbo snail has not moved but like 2 inches. He was in the exact same location this morning as he was when I came home this evening.

He is in the shell with his flap totally closed. Every now and then I can see a little movement of the flap, but for the most part he does nothing. Should I pull him out or keep watching him?

Oh, the move was on Monday evening...

Have you checked your water?Maybe the snail is scared of the crabs.

I have tested and do not see any spikes. All levels are 0 though I might be seeing a little ammonia.
