Turbo Snails Dying

In the last two days I've had 5 turbo snails die on me. I've read that maybe they are starving???? No changes in water parameters same as they were last week and last month.
Any help would be appreciated.

Since we don't know what your water parameters were last week and last month, please post as many of them as you can like the ones below;
Salinity:
Ammonia:
Nitrites:
Nitrates:
Alkalinity:
Calcium:
Phosphate:
Magnesium:
and any other tests you have.
