Turboflotor Blue 1000 Skimmer?

hello, i have been looking at your skimmer. I was just wondering what is the measurement from front to back and then side to side. i know it is 18 inches tall. also, if i would make this a hang on the back, does the front face the tank or can its side be up against the tank? thanks

Thank you for contacting us.
This skimmer is 7" front to back and approx. 4.5" wide. Hanging bracket will accommodate aquarium trim up to 1" wide.
If you install it as a hang-on unit, side facing the pump will have to be against the tank.
