Tuxedo urchin spawining?

It appears that my tuxedo urchin is spawning!

It has been releasing white gunk out of its top end for the past 15 minutes, and is still going!

This is all in my 29 gallon bio cube... What should I do about it? I am guessing the spawn is going to make the water quality go to crap?

It looks like my crocea clam is enjoying it well enough....

My urchin was just doing the same. it almost looked as if it was dissolving. What will this do to the water Chemistry? Should I do anything about this?

You could do a water change, but as long as you have good filtration and skimmer, you should be OK.

I've noticed some of corals putting out feeding tentacles when this happens also.
