Could I have two pair of two different clown species (example-GSM and clakii) in a 6 foot 150 gallon tank if I have two different RBTAs on different sides of the tank?

Maroons and Clarkiis are some of the more aggressive of clownfish out there.

Yes, I am aware of that. I've been nipped by both of them. That is why I used them as examples.

I also have a 150G but it's only 4' long, with a pair of Akindynos and a pair of Ephippium. The AKs are in a Magnifica on one side of the tank and the EPs are in a Crispa on the other.

The Ephippium never leave their anemone except to attack my hand (these are the meanest fish in that regard that I've ever seen). The only time there's conflict is when the Akindynos venture toward the Ephippium's side of the tank but it's mostly posturing.

In my previous tank (100G also 4' long) I had a pair of orange skunks and a pair of true percs. Never had an issue with them either, even when the Haddoni hosting the skunks moved within 12" of the BTA hosting the percs.

HTH. . .

:D

I have a pair of A. chrysopterus in an H. crispa in a 150 with a pair of A. nigripes and H. magnifica. The aquascaping was done such that they have their own territories on each side of the tank, with a rock hill in the middle. Occasionally the chrys' come over to bully, but the 'gripes hold their ground and it always ends quick and easy. Been together for over 2 years. The chrys' spawn regularly. It can be done. Start with small specimens. And lesser known aggressive species (if there is such a thing with clowns). Good luck.
