two questions of advice

1) Do you supplement with magnesium?

2) What brand of activated carbon would be good to put in my sump? I thought maybe that would help in case my Xenia or others are letting off chemicals that are hurting my SPS.

2) You can get all different answers on activated carbon. Any is better than none IMO.
