I have had clowns before (sold them when I sold the old aquarium). When I had them I bought a juvenile to an established female, and they paired up pretty quickly.
In my new setup I have got two small clowns (I think they are both male based off size, but not sure how I could be positive they are not still juvenile). As best I can tell they are both exactly the same size. I was worried there would be a lot of fighting as they figure out which one will be female (and maybe that will still be coming?).
But they just submit to each other. I have seen them both doing the sideways twitch to each other at the same time even. I have even seen them trying to submit to their own reflection, LOL.
I don't know that it's a problem, mostly just curious what is going on and how normal this is or not. Let me know your thoughts!
