Type of frag? Monti?

I bought this frag for $5 bc it looked kind of bleached in the store. Under my lights it's a light fluorescent green with slightly purple tips. Anyone know what type of coral it is and where I should place it? I am thinking its some sort of encrusting coral like a monti.

Possibly montipora spongodes or confusa, see how it colors up for ya!

I agree. Definitely a montipora. Just let it color up some, may take a couple months.

I own both spongodes and confusa and this looks more like confusa with it's jagged looking growth structure. For me spongodes is a bit more smooth.
