I see a bunch of different types of Live Rock. Which is best to use? Why is it better than the others? Can you only have certain animals with certain rock?

The best typ of LR is light and porus, price can depend on quite a lot of things like geographical area, corals, colour and life.
You want to use as porus as possible as this can harvest more bacteria so better filtration, and I suppose life will differ from type to type as it would do naturally in a reef.

Also keep this in mind: Unless the seller assures you that this rock has been grown for live rock use, chances are it was removed from living reefs, cuasing ecological damage. Some people care about that when looking for live rock, others don't.

I have a mixture of live rock in my tank. I think Bali live rock is my favorite thou, very pourous and light. You'll save a lot of money when you paying by the pound.

Does the Bali Rock weigh enought so that it doesnt float. Or do you need to put heavier rock on top of it.
, i have tonga and indonesia rock in mine, i like the indo a little more
