looks exactly like my tank did. one of the perks of using dry rock you get to u look at plain boring white rock after the cycle until you get some coraline growing. good luck

Unless you put life in it not much is going to change IMHO. Can you beg borrow or steal some cycled established live rock out of an active system to put in there? Even if it take buying something attached to a real nice piece of rock.
Then you are all set. When i setup mine I started with dry rock and also use some Mcro bacter 7 during cycle. All went well for me and long term down the road. stopped after a few weeks after cycle
I would expect a cyano bloom in a bit too. My tanks always seem to have a diatom bloom and a cyano bloom a week or so later. It takes a bit to die out, but it always goes back to normal.
