Uh-Oh flat worms?

I have found several of these little buggers and I'm guessing they are a type of flat worm. they are about 1/16" long greenish-gray and flat. They move around like a worm by reaching out and pulling themselves along. anybody know what they are or if they are harmful?

If they're harmful, what's the best way to get rid of them?

It sounds like flatworms, but a picture would sure help. If it does turn out to be flatworms, I have had great success with flatworm exit. Just be sure to follow directions perfectly.

Thanks - they're so tiny I don't think I could get a decent pic. I will order some flatworm exit today.
