Unhappy Micromusa

I have what I believe is a micromusa coral. It was given to me several years ago by someone who thought it was an "Acan." It has been happy & healthy for a few years now. I feed it regularly, and it has been growing consistently.

Over the past 2 weeks it has gone downhill fast. It has lost polyps and won't open the remaining polyps. Everyone else in the tank looks fine (coral & fish).

I'm concerned this may be an infection of some kind? I'm also concerned that a green filefish may be harassing the coral. The fish has never done this before, and I have not actually witnessed the fish feeding on the coral. But he is often very interested in the coral.

Any thoughts/input would be appreciated. Thanks!

I just tried an “Aiptasia Eating Filefish”, matted I believe.
Had to remove the morning after intro because it seemed fixated on my ACANS
and would go around to my Trochus (home spawned snails)
and bite their heads!!!
I hope you can catch yours or move the coral quick.

Gobyvin - I removed the filefish and the micromusa seemed happier right away. I do have some aeptasia growing again in the tank with the micromusa. So I'm going to put the filefish back in that tank and see what happens. The filefish initially destroyed all the aeptasia. Only recently did he start enjoying the corals.
