I have a picasso and onyx picasso spawning pair. Here are some the unique offspring.

Are these anything new or special? I haven't seen as nice of picassos in my LFS.

Some picassos have more unique patterns than others but in the end they are still picassos. Some people will name thier nicer fish to market them better or to establish a brand. It comes down to genetics and your broodstock produce some great looking fish, great job raising them. Here is a pic of some of my nicer picassos.

I guess they are something special. Some big breeders are telling me my fish sell over $100 retail and are highly desirable. Too bad I'm not a business and can't ship fish. I had to remove one video from youtube. A buyer of my fish(who is trying to resell for a profit) said I didn't have permission - lesson learned there.
