This is the same understanding I got. It is a frag swap; which means you bring a frag to exchange.......If you are not present somebody is then just giving you a frag and didn't get anything in return.....as a raffle type drawing( must be present to win)

Jen this meeting is not a frag swap. This meeting is for the election on BOD. I'm just donating frags to raffle off. Not to trade or sale. We will have a fragswap for club members in June or July. Next board will have to pick the day.
