How often do you update the collectors choice section? I just found out that Kris is working their, and it has a feel of the reefermadness website.

Forget about their collectors choice section, seriously.! Updates are very few and quality is completely unsatisfactory.! Customer service will have you up all night because of nightmares.! And if you were overcharged and told "you have a credit or refund", watch your credit card statements for months and you will have finally had it with this company.!! I have dealt with Mark, Greg, and Kris, all three are the 3 worst people that I have ever dealt with in this hobby. I have emails and photos to backup my accusations if any of these men would like to dispute my accusations.

I have read good and bad about this company, my experiences have been horrible. While talking to other sponsors from RC and other website forums I have been assured that the (I don't remember his name) owner must not be aware of customer complaints. Save yourself some money and shop elsewhere..!!!!

ckfranks, wow...how new are you to the hobby? based on what we can judge of you (and your 22 posts) doesnt seem like you have been doing this awhile? idk...sure would like to know more detaills about your experience and order (well, not really) but i know after 3 years and 14 orders later (each order in the hundreds) with MARK, GREG, KRIS, AND MIKE....THEY ARE THE BEST IN THE HOBBY. not just on Reef Central, but in the hobby...i know blindly blasting these guys (without facts or circumstances) and this company says more about you, than about them. Maybe this isnt the hobby for you afterall, because you clearly dont recognise how great they are. They are dedicated to the customer and the hobby...i pity you for losing their business.

Please dikncoff, my number of posts on this forum do not translate in to neither my time, experience, nor inexperience in this hobby. You really have 3 years under your belt, what an expert you are.!! "OH" and you have spent hundreds? I have over 7 months and 18K just in my newest build. I hope that you got wood while pretending to be the man that you are not..
My post was a small stab at BZA until I can get a chance to clarify my terrible experiences with this company. My time is extremely valuable and I am currently writing by mobile phone. Bottom line "boohooaquatics stole from me", I sincerly hope that your future dealings with them are pleasurable.

and hundreds on every order (each penny well spent) IMO
and as stated before, BASED on the info provided 20 or so posts says alot about how often you have been here.
and Diknoff?...funny i have just as good of a sense of humor as you (only shame is i defended this great country full of brine like you, so consider you freedom of scumspeech a personal gift from me)
and every dealing with them has been great, and look forward to more in the future

i have ordered from both places, reefermadness was good, but couldnt compete with the prices and health of bluezoo. i just (today) recieved another (my 14th) order and got carnations and chili corals...both seem very nice but in all honesty closer to the bottom range of size on what i had ordered, that may, most likely change over the next couple days when they relax and expand more. still have the catalina's pick acro that is the greatest deal in the hobby....its a 5 in piece that i got from BZ for like 20 bucks

you'll like em...just call em up and just ask for mike or mark.

The Collector's Choice area gets updated daily. We have new stuff that comes in just about every day and the timing of when it hits the section depends on how quickly the guys (and gal) from that department can coral processed through the system. We do have a mailing which goes out after every single CC update. You can subscribe to it by signing up for our newsletter and choosing the Collector's Choice option. Hope that helps.

Have you all not recieved any new corals the past two days. I just noticed that there hasnt been anything rescently updated. I'm not trying to sound rude, I was just wondering.

We actually did receive new stuff but not the usual Fiji shipment. There was a cyclone sitting directly over Fiji earlier in the week which cause a grounding of planes. We are posting and updating with some really sweet Solomon coral right now so check that out. Another Fiji shipment will hit next week. Take care.

Awesome, I saw a acro posted on here monday and should have grabbed it but it was to late. So I have been looking all week for one like it. So fiji is where you get your acro's at?

Kris over at Bluezoo is one of the nicest people I have ever dealt with FYI.

Most of the Acros we sell as well as the majority of wild collected Acros on the market, originate from Fiji. We have a really good relationship with that collection station and get shipments in every week from them. Other places that send wild Acros are the Solomon Islands, Tonga and a couple of small places in Indo but only deep water species. The Fiji collected Acros are the best quality though.
