Upgraded Tank...cycle?

I just upgraded my 55g to a 150g and all went well. But its been about 8 years since I cycled a tank so I want to make sure I'm on the right track.

I used the same DSB, LR and water and just mixed new water. Again, all went well.

The tank has been up for a week and a half now and I don't think I am seeing a cycle because I'm not seeing any levels climbing but I'm getting a massive algae bloom of lime greem algae. Any ideas?

Tank parameters(checked every other day):

Temp - 80
Salinity - 1.025
Ammonia - barely a trace
Nitrite - 0
Nitrate - 5

These levels have been this way since it was setup except for the nitrate. The levels in the 55g were high so they started at 15 and are dropping fast with the new protein skimmer and no bioload. I have the lights running on what will be their normal cycle.

What do you guys recommend?

I just went from a 55g that (at last recorded params) had the same params as yours, I had/have a crushed coral/fine argonite bed over a plenum. I seeded my 110 with ~40 lbs of substrate from my original tank. I moved all my LR that had no corals on it. I waited one month to move in all the corals and fish. It's a month later, and I have a "mild" cyano outbreak - all observable organisms are doing well... (I'd give you specific params, but my kits spontaneously opened in the box where they sat - which now smells like something Ron Burgundy would wear). I would wait longer if possible (it can't hurt to wait).

Thanks. I'm definitely waiting but I was wondering if anyone had any ideas. Lights off? Lights on normally? To skim or not to skim. Water changes or leave as is? I've heard benefits of each or the other a few times.
