I am upgrading from a 30 gallon to a 90 gallon with a sump I am using 2 K750s and starting the 90 gallon with a new substrate and 50lbs of dry rock and 20lbs of live rock from my 30 gallon (can't use it all because I have fish in the 30 gallon still my main worry is I know I'm gonna have to cycle this tank how long does that normally take? Also I have a LTA that my percula has hosted how long do I have to wait to move it to the new tank once it's cycled and what can I do to make it an easier move on nem? I can't keep both tanks going for much longer then 2 months. Should I use some of my substrate from the old tank while I'm cycling the new tank or does it make a difference? I'm hopefully going to be running a Reef Octopus XS160 but not for the cycle I also have a 48' aquaticlife T5 light with timer being shipped to me now. Any help and advice would be great I have never taken on anything this large before
